I received no feedback about my vehicle after it was dropped off by a tow service. I checked in the morning after the tow service to ensure your team knew why my car was there. I had to call back late in the day to find out it had just been pulled into the shop nearly 10-hours later. It remained at your shop from Friday and I had to follow up again on Monday to determine if there was any news. My leased vehicle would not move. I had it towed to you. I don't feel I was given any priority in terms of getting me back in my vehicle. Could be wrong but I wouldn't know as the team didn't keep me informed without me calling. I also waited over 20-minutes for Ford Roadside Assistance to answer their phone and finally gave up and used AAA to get my vehicle to your shop. I'll be calling them to report the poor service too.

Not sure if answer should be yes or no. The review camera stays on for awhile after shifting from reverse to forward. Also, GPS/Navigation is not working. It was when we brought the car in for repair. Says we need to insert a new SD card. What gives?

I still get irritated when staff attempts to sell me service I didn’t request or require. My 2014 F150 receives all service from you as does my 2006 Fusion. My loyalty to your dealership depends on trusting your staff to be honest on my vehicles need for repair, not generating sales. Thank you Gary T

Ivy was great. I was frustrated after 3 attempts to have my tire repaired, each time having the car returned to me “fixed” only to leak a week later. Ivy acted as my advocate to ensure the tire really was repaired this time. I am so grateful!

Service advisor told me that works package with valve cleanout fuel service would be at most an hour. I waited almost 2 hours for the service with no updates untill I pushed the issue.

I needed a key cut to deactivate the Mykey on my Escape. In Michigan they said it would be $180 but they couldn't get the key before I left for Kansas City. Since the trip was work related I could not postpone and found your dealership. Yes you cut the key that fixed the problem, but charging me $334.02 felt like robbery!! I work part-time for a non-profit and paying that much for a key to fix the issue is ridiculous. Especially since the car set the Mykey settings on its own! Not a happy customer.

We use Crossley service and Quicklane for all four of our Ford vehicles. The representatives are always polite, helpful, and honest with us. I recommend them to all my friends.

Don't worry about contacting me. I appreciate the comp on the oil change, but the lack of communication and losing my keys for 40 mins is enough for me. Your service people are very friendly and hospitable, but after dealing with your joke of a general manager a few years ago and swearing never to buy another car as long as he is employed there, I thought the service department would be safe. I get the key thing, accidents happen, but almost 36 hours for an oil change and tire rotate (which doesn't appear to have been done) as well as 2 recalls that according to one of your service writers should take an hour or two at most. I am sorry to say I won't be returning to your service department. I hope that you guys are able to right the ship. Again, I appreciate the friendliness of the staff, but the delay and lack of communication are inexcusable.
