I am happy with Ivy and I’ve brought my car in before and had no problems. I brought my car home today from an oil change and it has a large 4 inch scratch on the plastic rear bumper cover that wasn’t there prior to bringing it in. I bought my car here, but I probably won’t bring it back anymore if this is what happens leaving it in your care.
Travis only helped me for a minute- Ivy was the person who really helped me during my visit. She was great! If I need assistance again I’ll seek her out!
I paid for the works and asked specifically for my tires to be rotated. When the job was completed I inspected tires and they we not rotated. I asked about them not being rotated and was then questioned on how do I know that they weren't! This is not what I expect from a dealership, especially one that I have bought multiple vehicles from! Not happy

Yes I am satisfied with the service I received, now I need a tire repaired. One thing then another.
I got home and my car was smoking really bad from the engine. So I raised the hood and notIced the cap was off my oil. Oil is everywhere on my car.
I dropped my car off for a recall, oil change and because the weatherstripping on my drivers side door was loose. I received a call that my car needs a tune up ($500), transmission flush ($150) and coolant fluid ($130). Please forgive me if I confused the pricing. I said I needed to figure out finances and would have to pass for now. I then received a call that the part for my weatherstripping was $57 and the labor price was $140 per hour. I was stunned by the price and I didn’t know what to say. I believed the work had already been completed and I couldn’t say no after learning of the price. If I would have had any idea that it would cost me over $200 for weatherstripping I would have passed. It is simply too expensive. But I didn’t feel like I could say no.
The service I received was great! I was a little worried,since I moved from a small town and didn’t think I would get the same type of service I was used to. The service I received today was wonderful, so glad I chose Gary Crossley Ford.
