I addition to a Missouri inspection which was performed to full satisfaction, I also wanted contact info associated with this vehicle changed from myself and my wife, currently on record, to my son who the title will soon be transferred to. He, not I, should receive all communications regarding this vehicle going forward, as he alone now owns the vehicle. We were told this records update was impossible until opening a new, future service ticket, as the ticket for today’s inspection was already opened, disallowing contact info changes. A most simple and reasonable request, met with ridiculous limitations. Agreed?
I have been a very satisfied Crossley customer for many years now. This time, I slipped through the cracks a bit. Vehicle wasn’t done when promised. No call to tell me that. When I called to check on it, they said they would call me back, but didn’t. I’ll be back, because you’ve done a great job for so long, I love your crew, and I’m hoping this was an off day and not a new norm.
