If I bring my car in to have a repair is completed I expected all of those repairs be completed and that for one of those issues to become worse when I leave there.
David is an asset to Gary Crossley Ford. My situation wasn't an easy one for him to be involved with, but he and Gary Crossley Ford did a great job.

When I was told I needed a new battery I said let me call you back in a minute and the service guy on that called me said ok and hung up. When I called back 10 minutes later to tell him to change the battery he did the same thing. When I dropped it off I said that my four wheel drive was acting up and the guy said whoa we aren’t mechanics here you have to go next door. If you aren’t a mechanic why am I trusting you with my truck?? Not the same people at the quick lane and I think these people are lacking customer service skills
Good experience, was even provided with a loaner car. Considering what was wrong with the car, repair time was completed quickly.
I was told the wait was an hour or more but they had it all done an I was back home within that hour.. thank you for the quick service.

Took a long time. Wont listen to the issues at hand. Wouldnt defend us for something that should be warranted. Things are just as bad (1 out of 4 things actually fixed, we think anyways) and now another issue believed to be caused by what was done. They werent willing to have our back with Ford because we didnt buy the particular vehicle from their dealership, when we have been past purchasers, use their maintenance services, and have used their collision center. Worst overall dealership experience we have ever had. EXTREMELY disappointed!! They only care about their bottom line!
