I was told 30 minutes when I called and asked how long it would take for my safety recall to be done. When I asked what would be the best time to come, I was told anytime except lunch from 12-1. I arrived at 1:10. I confirmed that it would take 30 minutes. When I returned from walking to Sam’s at 1:45, the safety recall had not been started. I had other things schuled, so I left in my car. A short time after this. I received a cheery text telling me my car was finished and ready to be picked up. Imagine my surprise. I would like to recommend you use the way restaurants declare wait times. Make the estimate at least 15 minutes longer than expected.

I think someone went thru my console. There were items that I had in my console that were out of my console when I got into my car. They were left between my seats and I know that I didn't leave them there.
