I had just bought new tires two days ago and told the girl I did not need them rotated just to have the guy check to make sure the lugs were on tight. When it was finished she went over the paper and the tired had been rotated!

I was treated well but when I scheduled my appointment I told the person that I had to have this done over my lunch hour. I do believe my car was completed in a timely manner but I had to wait for several other customers to pick up their cars. I was 20 minutes late getting back from my appointment. While I don't mind waiting, it was never acknowledged that time was an issue for me.

I wish I would have been offered a loaner car the first day since they were working on it then instead of the third/last day. but all is good & they never showed irritation with me calling so many times.

He did very well! I am very pleased with him and how he treated me. However, I had an appointment for 1:45. I showed up early and I still didn’t get out until after three. It is not his fault because I know they were busy so I do not blame him what so ever.

This was not a yes or no question to me. The service I got was great they got me and got it done got me back and forth that was wonderful. However I did ask that my brake light be replaced as it was out and I mention this more than once that I wanted it done. And apparently it didn't make it onto the paper paperwork because it wasn't done. So this necessitates another trip on my part. Other than that everything was great everyone was nice and I'm pretty well satisfied
