I was without a loaner car until the end of the 4th day. I finally received my vehicle on the 5th day. It is STILL having issues with the shifter coming out of park! I understand it's not Dave's fault as a while, but he did not fight for me to get a loaner. I had to call numerous people to try and helo me. The most worse custom service I've ever had by far. It makes me not want to ever buy a Ford again, because of the fear of getting such crappy customer service, and I work for Ford Motor Co. At the Claycomo plant I take pride in what I do.

I don’t like how when I get my oil changed or car serviced that my car is not vacuumed in the driver and passenger side, or that it is not taken through the car wash or that even my windshield is not cleaned. This is a repeated noticing that I am making and I am honestly shocked because other dealships do this. When I have changed my oil at jiffy lube I have had my car complimentary vacuumed and window cleaned. Just something to consider. The little things make a difference and make customers return and feel appreciated.
