Very prompt and professional. Wish it had been fixed months ago when I first brought it up during a Quick Lane and subsequent visit. Too many texts received during process, sometimes two of the same one at once. Good crew in service department.
The visit to have my 65,000 mile service was a pleasant one. No problems were found and I wwas out very quick.

They had my car for a MONTH because I had an issue w locks and there were 2 recalls. 2 weeks in, still waited for clutch. Should NOT have scheduled if clutch wasn’t in. I picked it up yesterday- waited 30 min for car because battery was dead and they had to jumpstart it. They should NOT have let me leave,
I asked if it was ok to leave & was told it was fine. Car is dead in my driveway
Absolutely GREAT service rep. Went beyond my expectations and a much shorter turn around on getting my truck back. A+
Your service guys did a pretty good job., But the one thing I hate about my track couldn’t be fixed. The feature where it honks at you if you get out of the trap with the keys and it still running. Nobody ever asked for that feature and I know you guys can’t do anything about it at the dealership level but it’s terrible. It makes me wanna buy a different brand.
