My wife dropped her car off for 10,000 MI regular service through our maintenance program that we purchased with the vehicle. She used the key drop at 6:55 a.m.. When I called at 2 p.m. to check the status of the service, there was no record of that car even being worked on. It appeared that the keys were picked up at 6:45 by Tim a service writer and her key was deposited at 6:55 a.m. . The key was still in the box and there was no one that had any idea that it was still there. Had I not called at 2 p.m. to check the status I'm afraid when she showed up at 6 p.m. to pick it up the car would have been sitting in the same location where she dropped it off. After I spoke to Christine and to Kyle the car was immediately worked on and serviced and delivered to my wife's office at the Ford plant. The process didn't work today. Thank you, Dan Rozum

Tim did a great job in fulfilling my expectations on service. If only the sales staff would do as good a job maybe I'd by my next car from them instead of Thoroughbred Ford.

Really like the staff. They seem knowledgeable and efficient. I do feel that maybe you should consider expanding your quick lane. I haven't had my car washed in I don't know how long d/t broken car washes. So, instead of marketing a service we don't get, which lowers satisfaction, use that space to add more bays so your growing clientele can get their services done with less waits. Which would increase satisfaction. I hate that the friendly staff and quality work get forgotten bc of frustration over long waits and non existent car washes.

Kyle and his crew are always so helpful and friendly. They are the reason I bring my Ford to your Quicklane. Valerie and Kyle have helped me almost every time but all the reps are great!
