Mark has been my Service Advisor for sometime now and is very helpful when I have had to bring my car in for servicing. He treats all of his customers this way as I have seen him interacting with them while I have been waiting for the work to be completed on my car over the years. Even though my car is long out of warranty, I still continue to bring it in to the dealership for it's servicing and repairs. Getting Nissan factory parts I am sure helps keep a 20+ year car running great. The only thing that I would like to see changed is more electrical outlets placed along the line of elevate and round tables in the waiting area. I also miss the pop corn machine too, LOL.

Rick was helpful and friendly. What turned me off about this service visit was that I had asked for a quote on repairing the loose door openers and the touchy steering wheel horn contact, but neither were included in the estimate. Also the cost for the replacement of the window control switch panel, which I did have done, was, I felt, very high. Lastly, the 3% added for a credit card payment was a new and off putting change. I’ll most likely be having future service for my old car done by a local independent mechanic.
