Very professional and understanding. I called to make an appointment on Thursday due to the fact that my truck was going to enter limp mode in 50miles. Arrived at 7am for the appointment only to learn that I was going to have to leave my truck because it would take a while to diagnose why I was getting the message when my deft tank was half way empty. Dearry then let me know the complications of working out these problems and they take time. I expressed the problem of having my brothers wedding that night and i needed to get back home which is 32miles from the dealership. Dearry then asked me
to wait and see if they can squeeze me in between trucks. After 1.5hrs I was back on the road with my truck and again extremely pleased with the customer service received from my service advisor. I am a 100% satisfied with sales and service at Dohn Bohn Ford
Honestly, Mr. Smiley was the most straightforward and honest person I've dealt with in the auto industry in New Orleans. He is a great example of a good representative.

We were told our part was in that was ordered 2 weeks ago but when we arrived at Don Bohn the part was not in. Also they had to order another part for the SD card. My vehicle is less than 2 years old and 5 different parts was faulty and had to be replaced.
Very attentive and quick to help out. Extremely easy to work with and always updated me with what was going on with the vehicle.

People were nice and courteous. However, everything was not as expected. I asked if there was any damage, or in a accident or anything wrong, and when I drove 545 miles one way only to found out it had been in accident. Still needed windshield replaced, and they said they arranged to have one put in where I live (Poplar Bluff). But now have to drive an additional 3 hours round trip, take off work, if I even can. This has become a headache, especially when there is a place in town which is cheaper and more convenient to have it done. This, I think was a bad decision.

Everything with service was great, however, when I scheduled the service online the price was $29.95 for The Works and tire rotation. I received a confirmation email with that price . I noticed on my receipt that I was charged $39.95 instead of the $29.95.
