Smiley went over and beyond his way to make sure my truck was taken care if properly! Holly was also a HUGE HELP in dealing with the extended warranty people and ford management! I am highly SATISFIED!
I told my service advisor when I returned from the gym across the street I would be waiting in the waiting room. I got tired of waiting and walked out to find my truck sitting there. I did receive a email that I did not see while waiting. He should have walked over to waving room to tell me my truck was ready

The “entire” collision team was awesome. From the first meeting with Christian to the meeting with Hollie to pick up my vehicle. Very impressed with the daily updates. Overall experience was great!! Thank you all for making this process as easy as possible!
My service managers did a great job getting my vehicle in for service and out in a timely manner. However, I was disappointed my back sliding window that has to be replaced, to no fault of my own and should be a factory recall, was not covered under my bumper to bumper extend warranty.
Hollie worked very quickly to get my service job done and she was also very friendly.

I was told before bringing in my vehicle that a new battery would cost $89.99. Apparently that was wrong and I was not told the correct price until the vehicle was already being worked on. Other than that the service was excellent. The repairs were done correctly and in a very timely manner.
