Mr. Mike was very professional and the car services appear to be fine. I was very displeased with stomping my toe on the ramp going to the customer service room. That stomp caused a shooting pain up my left leg and around my back. And when I spoke to Mr. Mike about it he was not surprised. And stated the ramp swells when it rains. I called the operator and reported the incident. I filed a claimed with Ray Landry who also seem to be aware of the problem ramp. There were no warning or caution signs. However, after completing my claim, Mr. Ray did place caution cones on the ramp. I was later walked to the cashier with very little apologizes. Ms. Ellis

I am very unsatisfied with the service you claim to give. Last year I took my car to your site to change the oil before a trip to Virginia, when I got there I had to change the oil at a Ford dealership where I was told that the oil had not been changed as your techs made me believed. I went to your shop a few days ago because I neede toalign the tires I installed on my car, I was told by the techs that the aligning was included in the yearly inspection it was done, and again, I was lied by your techs. The tire aligning was not done.

Dropped off my truck at 730am to have an oil change and tire rotation didnt get my truck back until 1130. Was told by the service guy that he dropped the ball and he didnt charge me for the work since he made that mistake. I hbe never had any issues with the service department everyother time i have been there for service. He made it rigt by doing what he did but im not sure if i will come back for service if it take longer then an hour to change my oil and have the tire rotated. I bring my truck there because i bought it there and i was good with the service up until this point. I hope this isnt a sign of things to come.
