I am very disappointed that there is no solution for my vehicle getting fixed. My AC os mot fully functional and the no one seems to have an answer. I hate to say it but i spoke w an employee on 7/7 @ appropriately 4:45pm and he knew of the issue but when i spoke w Heinz on 7/24 he had zero knowledge of any issues that were happening w the Colorado's ac issues. I spoke w a lady named Nora and she even knew about the issue. I was so frustrated i looked into trading in for another vehicle but i will lose $$$ on the deal even tho i added $2000 worth of accessories. This is not fair in my estimation. I will say that Frank and Gunny tried to make us feel better about the situation. VERY DISAPPOINTED

We like working with Heinz. He is straight forward with us. Even though I hate to pay the money for the repairs which always appears very high. I would still recommend him to others.

The high temps killed my car battery, and Heinz worked me into the schedule that day to replace the AC Delco battery for my car! Quick service and got me back on the road!

On Friday, I waited for information on my Vehicle Repair. I sat for Six Hours! At Noon I asked my Representative about the status of repair! He stated they order parts and would be in Monday, Phoned for car to be brought up. I took car home. On Monday 7am, I asked if all parts were in? He took my Key and I sat down in waiting room. At 11am, my wife called, I went to lunch! The lack of communications was the biggest problem!!! Remember the Three (C’s) Clear, Correct, Complete Information!!! Friday & Monday should have not happened, I like to be involved in the process, not left in the dark, Until the job is finished! This vehicle has been and will be serviced by Fisher Chevy!

The service department was professional and made sure my Vehicle was fixed and back to me before they even told me it was fixed and ready for my family and I to go on vacation. Heinz is always on top of things making sure they get done professionally and in a timely manner.
