I had my battery changed on Sat and as I stated in the prior review my engine light came on as I left. I called Hector to ask him why that might be. He said to bring it at 7am this morning. I did so and was told the oil cap was not screwed on all the way. So they screwed it on and charged me $73.00 to do so!!!! Are you kidding me???? That was an extremely expensive "free" donut! Not pleased at all!!! YELP will hear from me about this unfair treatment. Hector is not at fault because I know there are rules to be followed, but how would feel if this happened to you? Sue L

Hector was great , i was in and out all my complaints was looked at drove my hour home .my husband went to work and the check engine light turned onstar alerted me that i needed to get back to dealership within one day and the code was p0299 .so i will be heading back over monday morning early. Due to this issuse was looked at already so i am concerned.
