Heinz is amazing and has always taken great care of my wife and I. We couldn’t ask for a better person so call. He would be one of two reasons to buy a car from fisher. If it wasn’t for Heinz and Gunny I don’t even know if I would buy a GM product. But because of them I would come back even if I hated the vehicle.

The issue was getting a loaner and the response time for them to tell me what the issue was. I dropped off the car Tuesday at 3:40pm they couldn’t help me take out the car seat so I had to wait for a ride an hour later until my family nemeber with an extra car seat got off work. They wouldn’t issue me a loaner car so I kept calling the next day because my son had a doctor appt and they couldn’t connect me with the person who would be able to give me a loaner car because it’s only one person that can do that. I kept calling every hour and every time the guy was busy and I wasn’t getting answers of what was wrong. I had to borrow a family members car to get to the doc appointment and finally at 3 something they called and said that they found the problem and the car would be ready at 5. The car loaner system has to change if they are going to keep a car overnight and there is no definitive time for it to get fixed one should be issued. Thank you
