Where to begin, When I dropped off my truck for its first oil change, I was hoping for a great experience as I have never owned a new one before. I fully expected job to take a while so I left the dealership. I received the txt message saying truck was ready after about an hour and a half, I quickly went to go pick it up and that’s when I noticed the truck hadn’t been washed like what was promised. I politely mentioned it to the service advisor and he quickly called and employee to wash my truck. As I was patiently waiting for the employee, I decided to check the rest of the job as I am very mechanically inclined and found a mess of oil spatter underneath the oil filter housing. I wiped the oil off with a couple paper towels and continued my inspection under the hood as def was supposedly added. What I found was totally unacceptable to me, the blue cap to the def fill neck was dangling and had not been secured. Had I been naive enough to trust the job done my def tank would have been compromised. I’m very aware of how delicate the def system is and to add any pollutants such as dirt and grime could be catastrophic, not to mention the fact that def evaporates and crystalizes when exposed to open air. I quickly mentioned this to the service tec and he apologized and noted it because everyone in management had already gone home for the day. I don’t need to stress how much my truck and Powertrain are worth and this seriously made me doubt taking my truck back for the next oil change when it’s due. I sincerely hope that the technicians put a little more time and effort into something as simple as an oil change because not many people are going to double check their work as I did. I was disappointed that I had to return my vehicle to inspect and complete a clean up of oil. The vehicle was dripping oil on my drive way after the transmission service, hard to understand why the service department would not have properly cleaned up the vehicle after spilling oil on the frame.

Visiting the area for the winter... first visit. Levi provided prompt service. As for the work... very impressed that the maintenance took half the time to complete compared to dealer in Indiana where I purchased the truck. We’ll be back next winter and will visit Fisher GMC again then. Thank you
