Carlos was fine but I don't understand why it took so long to run a diagnostic. My appointment was for 7AM on Wednesday. The diagnostic was not done until 3PM on Thursday. It appears to be a phantom problem so the diagnosis was inconclusive. Will have to wait to see when it happens again.
Had to wait several minutes to get asked what I needed.
The young man was very respectful and professional to deal with,even though the dealership was very busy.
