The customer service rep was a little rude when I first walked in for my appointment and no one even acknowledged that I was there for several minutes when I walked in. Other than that everything else was great.
He was very thorough and the service provided was done in a timely manner

I made an appointment 3 weeks ago for friday 0700. I was the second vehicle there waiting just after 0630. They took another vehicle in before mine when they opened. They told me they had an appointment also for 0700. But they told me only 1 bay came in at 0700. The other bay didn't open till 8. Why would they make 2 appointments for 0700. I was treated rudely for questioning appointment procedures.
After spending $4,442.50 it would have been nice to have had the truck washed.
However the service was excellent and on time. So far it feels like a new truck and Carlos kept me updated on the progress throughout the time.
Great service entire staff are polite and caring.I enjoy bringing my car to Fisher Chevrolet. Thank you!
