Two and a half hours is to long for what they did. Took an hour before service writer contacted me about extra service that was needed. He said he looked for me and I never left the waiting area. Finally takes to Hinz and got things straighten out. Not a good day at Fisher.

I was not informed the service center would be closed for the holiday so your company is keeping my car hostage till Tuesday and won't even provide a loaner vehicle in the meantime.

I am extremely happy with the service I received. I explained that I was having a problem and the service department was able to locate the problem and fix it. The difference my driving experience is night and day. I give them a 10 across the board.

A little slow but was not Carlos fault. He was polite and sorry for our being inconvenienced . We were thankful when Jessie in Southern California Where car was purchased helped get the nice little SUV with excellent AC as Yuma is quite hot this time of year.

He isabice man butnot very experience d and did not seem to believe me when I told him that the told hi that the red needle on my gasoline circle splits so that for a while there appear two red needles. My big concern was the roar that sounded on very hot days when I drive more than 30 or 40 hours
