Service was great. I called around 3:15 for a ride to dealership. The lady I talked to said driver will call me around 4:00. Nobody called. Service man called me around 4:40 saying vehicle almost done. I asked about my ride. He said he didn't know about and will let driver know. Driver did call and I was able to get a ride to dealership. I'm satisfied, but not completely satisfied.

When I lived in Mesa, whenever vehicles were worked on, they would be washed also. But Levi said you used to but don't do this anymore. Would really be nice tho.

Bad customer service at beginning very rude, I won a free oil change from the radio station KCFY and it seemed it bothered the workers at GMC BUICK that I was redeeming my prize, would not go again.

I took my car to get an oil change and it came back that my car needed alot of things done . The recommendation was to purchase a new vehicle. The quotes to fix the car weren't available for me when i picked up. The only thing available for me was the name and number to sales rep. When i purchased the car the red rug was rolled out for me but now that my car is older i guess i don't deserve the same treatment. If i choose to get a new car it will not be at your dealership. The customer should always have the choice and you provide the opinions.
