I arrived without an appointment due to my erratic wirk schedule and living over an hour from Yuma. Mr. Ibarra was very kind and explained your appointment system very clearly. He assured me my vehicle would br handled as soon as an opening presented itself but that he could not quote or guarantee a time. I was already expecting a long wait and came prepared with my laptop and a number of items to complete. I arrived a little after 7 am and was out of the facility before 9 am. Not what I expected, at all! Thank you for your prompt service and cordial staff.

Heinz was great. The issue with my car seems it should be a concern of
the manufacturer- but appears it isn't. I am looking into the issue more because it did occur in the middle of traffic and I'm concerned for my and my
passenger's safety.
They were trying to sell services that weren't necessary, according to a second opinion. Don't appreciate them trying to rip us off.
I dropped off my GMC truck for an oil change and Autobutler. When I dropped off my truck the staff was very friendly. I was informed I would receive a call when it was ready but never did. I called around 6:30 and chevy said they had the truck ready but that GMC closed at 5 pm. I asked why they didn't call to inform me it was ready and the chevy staff said I am not sure why they didn't call. When I arrived a staff member rapidly approached me to see if we needed help. I told them I was there to pick up my truck. When I was ready to pay I was given paper work to sign but was never told what was done to my truck or what I was signing. The staff member then charged my card but the machine was unable to print a receipt then promptly said it already charged your card. He then asked for my card again and re charged my card saying he canceled the first charge. He then proceeding by asking for my card again then I said I didn't want my card charged again, that I didn't need a receipt. He appeared fraustrated and demonstrated no customer services skills. I hope my feedback can be used to improve future customer experiences. Thanks
