I would greatly appreciate it if a Customer Service manager would contact me in regards to my negative experience with the Auto Part Services. I was told I needed my body throttle (originally bought at Fisher Chevy months ago) "reprogrammed" by a Customers service representative after I explained to them what was happening my truck. I am a women and don't know much of cars and genuinely trusted your professionals knew what they were saying. However, $135.00 and less than 5 hours after my service on my 2007 GMC Sierra was completed the same issues continue! The receipt clearly states the b/throttle was completed along with a complementary vehicle diagnosis but I did not receive an explanation about the service that was done and/ or if there was an underlining issues in the engine. I was simply asked to pay, given my keys and sent on my way. I really held Fisher Chevy as a professional establishment who held high values and ethics. Sadly, I am embarrassed to say I feel as if I was dupped by a local & trusted dealership.

I tried to tell them my gm mechanic neighbor completed the fuel injection portion and transmission flush at 30000 miles and it's like they didn't believe me. He works for bob stall Chevrolet in la mesa,ca. I get questioned each time I come in To fisher about it. I changed the cabin and Intake filters myself to save a lot of $$$$$$that it would have cost at fishers! I still like the work(oil changes) they do there better than in California.
