Marty was great...awesome, as was the other two who tried to help me after the mechanic failed. The guy working on my car gave it back to me without fixing it. I'm taking it back tomorrow. I hope someone can fix this as I have been trying to get it fixed for the last YEAR! WORKED ONCE FOR ABOUT 3 WEEkS. That's not very good.
Heinz is the whole reason I do business with Fisher. He is always responsive to my vehicle repair needs. He takes the time to explain my questions and issues with my vehicles. Heinz is the true example of Client support.

Marty was a great person to work with!
1. I didn't get offered a quick ride to and from job during the service. I had to ask and when I did the rep gave a me a confused look. The 2nd time after the work was done the ride wasn't available until a later time. This is the first time this happens, before I was dropped off and picked up. 2. I have a broken rear seat panel that should have been fixed but it was said my extended warranty didn't cover trim. I was explained trim was covered when I bought the extended warranty. After looking at the panel it's clear its a poor design and cheap. It doesn't convince me I should keep buying Chevy cars. If anything make it right and fix it. I'm not going to pay 180.00 for something that should be covered under extended warrant of that should have been built right.
3. The number that keeps texting has a different service advisor name who did not attend me. What good is the text if you don't reply back? This communication tool is flawed.

Alfredo has excellent customer service skills, he was patient and understanding with everything I had to say and made sure I was taken care of. I would recommend everyone to go to him for help.
Marty was prompt in letting us know the progress on repairs and what repairs may be needed later on. He is personable and a good customer service person.
