my car tells me that I have to give service to the cameras and take them to check it and they tell me that if they do not show a code they can not do anything, they never told me to tell me that I could pick up my car until I talked and I just they give me that I have to wait for the cameras to break down so that they can do something and I can walk without a service for which I am paying a lot of money. Very bad service.

When asked for my phone number I didn't know it was to be used to text me about a survey and tell me that rates may apply. I was not asked when I left if everything was satisfactory. I was told several times they were sorry for how long I had to wait. There was no long wait, the service personnel are young and inexperienced and it shows, Robert tried several times to sell me services I didn't want. Felt uncomfortable dealing with the oil change counter crew. Hopefully they will be more experienced next time.

Tiana did a great job getting me in and out with my oil change even though I was late to my appointment they were totally professional even down to the gentleman hand washing my car I was greatly satisfied

Whatever product is used on the body of my car wound up all over the windows and mirrors. I've never had this happen at Fisher before.
Difficult time contacting the service department. I have called multiple times without an answer. It may be understaffed? Everyone there, including Alfredo, is very nice and polite when I am able to reach them.
