Your only reserved time for an oil change was two weeks out. You tried to up sell me on f for different products. My hometown Chevy dealer includes tire rotation and cost $10 less. You don't offer DEF by the gallon for topping off the tank.

It took me over a month just to get a dent fixed and many calls and contacts with your dealer. Still not sure the dent didn't loosen the paint after Steve worked on it. Also was not informed about the 30,000 mile service that I should have had done and now the 3 year limit has expired less than a week ago.
Alfredo is very knowledgeable and went out of his way to help me with this repair.
