Attempting to make me pay for unneeded removal of a deactivated alarm. Wanted 500 took 1 hour to remove. Made me replace battery at 179. When battery was not the issue. Was told check the keys first did not do that. I had to tell them to activate the recall on the keys to get them to look at them and guess what the keys were the problem. They then said they could program the fobs. Inly been a day so I have to attempted yet. But fobs we're working with car fine car would not start because both keys went bad. I'm betting I'll be able to reprogram the fobs with instructions off the net. But for 300 they would of fixed it. The fobs worked they broke it when doing key recall how am I finNcially responsible for that. I find this place to be not only lacking in knowledge of vehicle problems. The refusal to listen to customers who did much research prior and costing them money and attempting to get 500 for an hour job that had nothing to do with the issue. A review will be put on net once I figure out the fob problem and call Chevy and find out how this is a customer problem. The person that relieved Heinz did what I asked and found problem to be keys just as I said initially. Take people's money appears to be the motivation at this place. Won't ever go back

I always enjoy working with Heinz. He is knowledgeable of all aspects If the service department,mechanics and pleasing the customer. A lot of service writers give you the feeling that they are doing you A favor to talk with you,not Heinz.He is helpful, honest and makes Things happen..

Always a great experience with Heinz, the service department & Fisher Chevy Buick GMC!!! No other place even comes close to the quality of service I receive every time I’m there. I wish more dealerships would learn from you guys! Especially Fisher Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram!

Our initial contact with Marty was less than pleasant. He could not get our vehicle in and stated it was our fault for making an online appointment. If the online system is flawed, it should not be available. He stated we "have a lot of problems with our truck and it will be there for awhile and he didn't want to take it because he wouldn't even look at it over the weekend." Finally Alberto stepped in and assisted us. Alberto was more professional and had a mechanic speak with us and ride with us in the vehicle. It is frustrating be I've had my truck for two years and I know when there's a problem with my truck. When I'm told there is no problem, it's extremely frustrating. I've been told the idle is how it should be. The truck has an evident idling issue. We were told new motor mounts would fix the "shaking". It did not. The truck is idling and "shaking" exactly the same. They tell me there isn't anything wrong with the radio yet when I pick up the truck, they have reprogrammed the radio so obviously something was wrong. When I picked up the truck no one was there to explain what was completed on the truck. We've had several issues with the truck and they are never fixed by Fisher.
