I was told when I made the appointment that I would not be charged for service as I had the same issue serviced within the last year. I was then quoted $685 for repairs and charged $130 for diagnosis. I understand that you can never really know what the problem is until you get into the vehicle, but I was clearly mislead.
After I declined the $685 repair (I wasn’t planning on having to spend any money) it then took over an hour to get my car back. I was told they were washing it and yet when I finally got my car it hadn’t been washed.
What I thought was going to be a 30 min resetting of a sensor turned out to be a near $1,000 total quote and a waste of 3 hours. I’m disappointed with the miscommunication and waste of my time.

Back tire sensors not working properly now. Technician left grease inside driver door. Tires inflated over 40psi

I buy my truck last year in July , and I report an issue with the touch screen radio and till today nobody has call me to let me know what it’s the program,Alfredo was the name of the person that was helping me, he has all the records of my truck. But now his not longer working with Chevrolet dealer , I need answers and to fix my truck! Still under warranty!!!
Rob was awesome. The shuttle was super late and he was nice enough to call me back with an update on the shuttle so I could pick up my car.

Heinz always takes care of us when we bring our vehicles in. The oil change department is someplace that I always hear that it’s going to be two weeks before they can get me in. We buy local to get good service not wait two weeks. Thanks Heinz.
If I may be honest, the only reason my car was there is because of the recall. You guy have great service, but when you charged me $50.00 to push a button I knew than you really did not care about me or my car. It was just for the money. With that said you have lost several thousands of dollars on the servicing and maintenance of my Hummer H3.
