I went in to have a tire that I purchase 2 month prior replaced or offered a discounted tire to replace the one that was punctured. I was under the impression that a warranty was applied to the tires since I purchased them at the dealership. I was informed that my tires were not under warranty and that it should have been offered. I was told that the offer is usually denied by customers, so for that reason I was not given the opportunity to accept or deny the warranty that should have been provided by the Service rep ot the cashier. I feel I was wrong by assuming I would deny the warranty offer which could have prevented me from having to purchase a new tire. I have purchased tires from this dealership before with no issue. After this incident I dont know if I will continue to purchase items for my vehicles from the dealership again.

Completed recall items and had car back to me as predicted. Chevy needs to add bolt to their car type. My paperwork always comes back saying I have a spark but I have an all electric bolt
