I came in with an issue related to a fuel sensor recal that was performed at another dealership last year. Even after stating multiple that I had the entire fuel pump assembly replaced two weeks ago, the mechanics and my service rep kept insisting that my issue requires an expensive fix of parts that are brand new. I really felt like all my statements fell on deaf ears and that I was trying to be sold services that I didn't need.

Wish Guy had listen to me when I told him to check the tires because there might be a leak. But guess I was ignored, had to come back next day and wasted 3 hrs in total to go back and get the tire fixed. Told consultant I was upset because of situation, he did not give one apology at all. Just told me to wait. He was nice at the end but doesn't change the fact that , I was ignored on them checking my tires, and that I wasted 3 extra hours plus fuel to go back.

The original issue (my alternator) was addressed and repaired; however, now my air conditioning is not working correctly. I had no problems with the A/C before I brought the car in.
