It took longer than quoted. When I made the appointment, it included my car wash and coat. When I arrived, I was told I'd need a separate appt unless I wanted to be there 4 or more hours. So I have to rescedule for that. I was there for longer than expected but otherwise , it was ok. I think the time was a bit excessive for the work I had done. I'm wondering if you all are overbooked? Next time, I'd like an appointment window that did not result in so much waiting.
