During my time today with Mike Burke, I asked him first could you guys clean my car in the inside and I received kind of like I got a smart response and he said you guys dont really do that on Saturdays because you are so busy. Earlier this week, I called into the service department about you guys detailing my car on the inside and was told thatnyou guys could do it, however it would be an hr more of a wait. I understand how Saturdays are your busiest time but during the time I went it was not as busy. Then I was told about how you guys only pay for 2 oil changes instead of 3. I was told when I first purchased the car that I would be covered in 3 free maintenance services.

I am Satisfied with service but we can only use $10 worth of points. That disappointed me. My bill was over $1000.00. If we have money we earned then just let us use it. Be more customer focused.
