This was the worst service experience since the purchase of my vehicle in 2012. I had a 10am apmnt made 3 months prior. There were 6 vehicles ahead of me. I specifically asked for my vehicle to be vacuumed and washed if possible. My advisor stated that it was doable but add on a 1.5 hr wait. I agreed. I then stated that on my last visit one of my Nissan valve cover caps that I purchased was missing. I was told they'd put one on. My service visit was about 55 mins to an hour. The items explained to me by service advisor other than regular maintenance, I paid to have done. I also paid for an inspection. When my vehicle was completed, I paid and proceeded to my vehicle. Upon my perusing, I immediately noticed that it had the same inspection sticker I.e., 9/17 instead of 9/18. I also had a "green" valve cover cap that stood out like a sore thumb. I had to go all the way back in, look for my specific service advisor Who was not available but got another one to follow me out. I pointed out the discrepancies. The lady service advisor went back and got the correct inspection sticker whereby removing the old and putting on the new one. She the stated to me that if I purchased the valve cover cap and brought in the receipt, I would be reimbursed. I'm thankful that I noticed these things before leaving the lot as I live a good distance away. My expectation was that I should have been told they would order the valve cover cap being this is the actual dealership vs me having to purchase again plus pay taxes and shipping. That would have exemplified outstanding customer service. I felt rushed as the service department was overwhelmed with vehicles. Secondly, myvehicle was not vacuumed nor washed after waiting all that time. Now, my trust in Bissan has been violated. I'm not really sure that what I paid to have done actually got done. When anyone starts rushing to get tasks done, the margin of error are significantly higher. What was the purpose of making an appoint? I have ordered my Nissan Calve Cover. Unfortunately, I could not order just one as they come in a 4-pack. If I don't get reimbursed as I was told, the I will be sorely disappointed and find another source to service my vehicle. I deem it a good, sound point of not taking in more vehicles for servicing than you have mechanics to do the job. The dealership should have their best interest at heart as well; not overwhelm them to the point of making careless errors. Thanks! Glenda Blue Rogers

I feel I get good service from Mike. He reviews the history and knows what has to be done at each service. In the past he has been responsive after damage to my front sensor when My car was hit by a deer! Luckily since Ive had my car repaired it is doing fine so far!
