I had an appointment at 8 am and was there before 8am, there were 3 cars in front of me in line. I sat and waited one & a half hours for my oil change and almost every person that came in after my car left before me. One girl arrived 30 minutes after me and left 30 minutes before me and she had and she had an oil change. I had to get up and go check on my car, and the paperwork was sitting on the desk, the person was on the phone. Another guys came and told me later my car was done being washed and asked if everything was good, I mentioned about the other cars being out before mine and he handed me off to the person who checked me in, and told him, she’s not happy, give her a free oil change. Then I was walked out to my car and not a work was spoken by your rep, he handed me my keys and said have a good day. So I guess having an appointment doesn’t matter, you just need to show up or know somebody to get your car worked on. The San Bernardino Kia realer takes appointees first and then fits in any non appointments. I came to your Kia service cause I live in Apple Valley and work in San Bernardino and have been off work due to Covid-19.

Called William in the morning and he was able to get me an appointment for the same day. Was told it would take about 90 min. But only took 60 min. William has and always is very helpful and courteous. That is why will always bring my car to him for service.
