When they do their checklist. I believe they are not really doing a thorough inspection of my vehicle because they did not notate that my window was crack or my passenger Axel boot was tore which I was already aware.

I had a 10am appointment and it was 2 hours later it was done. They shouldn’t schedule an appointment if you can’t do better than 2 hours. My time should not wait that long. What if I had another appointment. The adviser was very good at his job. I am satisfied with him.
