Andy was excellent, very kind and Courteous. Although my car took a while to get finished, and I had no ride home, he was on top of giving me updates on the status of my vehicle! I have had such a horrible experience with everyone I have encountered at valley hi Kia, and I would never recommend family or friends to purchase from this dealership, but Andy’s customer service was a 10/10. If I need to return to the service department for any reason, I’d love to only deal with him! Thank you Andy!
