Original pointment was August 17th which sat there all day no one looked at my car had to take it back another day which was August 18th which was a big inconvenience

I took my vehicle for an oil change and a recall but the recall work was not completed because the part was not in stock so I have to be inconvenience with another trip to the dealer and lose half of my day with no vehicle to do my errands.
