Andy was great but three and a half hours to get oil changed is unacceptable. I don’t blame Andy he just writes the work orders . I blame the mechanics for this slow service

This message is for the dealership owner.... You should give Andy a raise!!! A great big fat one. He made my experience with your establishment OUTSTANDING!!!! He was professional, friendly, efficient, and took all the worries out of getting my car fixed. He was hands down the epitome of what you want representing your interest.
That being said... your service department has a few issues. The white wall separating each agent blocks their view of the line... Only Andy seems to keep an awareness of this. The rest of your agents hide behind the visual blockade in an attempt to ignore customers. It’s VERY aggravating.

Andy Wilson is one of the two guys we usually deal with when we take our car in for servicing and is always great and meets the needs and expectations which is always appreciated.
I meant to hit yes, not no. Although I must say, fixing my car was WAY too much. Luckily I was able to decline, because $1200 to fix something is unnecessary. And then to apply for financing, and only get an amount of $400? That’s a slap in the face. I had my dad try and he got the same exact amount I did, which doesn’t make sense to me. But whatever, I got my oil changed and my transmission done too and I’m happy about that.
