We were satisfied with the repair of the air conditioner but NOT the price of the service. The compressor and hose were very overpriced by 500%.
My problem is not with William he is actually amazing, my problem is with Kia I am very disappointed. I was going to buy another car because my car literally died and I was going to stay loyal with Kia but because they did me dirty I will not buy another car from Kia ever. You have lost a great customer (I bought several cars from Kia).. kia decided not to fix my car because I was 2k miles over warranty and you guys are making up stories that I did not do my oil changes which is so untrue I do all my maintenance like I'm supposed to I just did not know I would have to keep my receipts. Kia did not work with me in anyway and I will never recommend Kia again. I believe you guys have defected engines because this happens often, especially once the car hits 100k miles. To keep me loyal Kia could have offered to pay a partial amount of the engine but that wasn't even offered so good riddens, and I will not be using your service dept either,ever. By the way William deserves a raise! Have a nice day!

So you know I called the Kia Corporate offices to let them no that I was not satisfied with the whole service situation. Your people were nice it was the service. It took four try’s to get my problem solved.
