Please read my YELP review regarding the horrible lack of communication and customer service skills from your dealership. I was absolutely less than pleased with my whole experience. I will never, ever bring my car in for service nor purchase a KIA from this dealership. I will go out of my and travel to find a dealership that actually gives a damn about their customers.
The service department got me in and out with two hours. They were professional and they completed the recall for the vehicle as well as the 15000 mile check up.
