Every time I go to the car service and don’t have an appointment, the employees make it very difficult and they’re on q bad mode. Today the employee told me that because I didn’t have an appointment it was going to take them up to 4 hours to change the oil. I decided to stay and didn’t take that long. But they should treat us better. They look like they don’t want to work

The only issue I gave is the paying my invoice online to help with contact less experience, but I had to go to the cashier and sign papers anyway. This didn't help with contactless service. With the covid climate and I just recovering from it, I did not appreciate this at all. One worker said it was for liability purposes, but if that is the case, my ID should be asked for to ensure I am the person who is authorized to pick up the car. I signed the paper the same as I did electronically. Further the cashier service, although friendly was not ensuring pens and cross contamination wasn't happening. This is not okay.
