Stacy was more than great. She taught me a few things i wish i had known before about my car. And it felt like i was talking to a family member. She was patient and understanding as well.

Just disappointed my seat belts do not lock and yet you said they were not the right Year for the recall even though the manufacturer sent me a letter to take in to get fixed
