My car had black marks on the roof where they were working i had some scratches on my car it was still dirty after they washed it. Then didnt park the car that had an empty spot but instead parked it in a parking lot

I was very pleased with the installation of my new engine. David truly was a great service consultant. He really kept me updated on the status of my Optima and needs and concerns I had during the waiting period.
Repair was to take only 2 hrs. Well it took 8 not to happy about that part. The car runs well. Employees were very friendly.

Oil change and multi-point inspection completed in 1.5 hours as estimated. Two service bulletins were not completed due 4 hours needed to complete. I will schedule them at a later date.
