What could be improved is rather than just hand the customer a piece of paper with numbers and codes on it, explain it. Had I not asked what a certain color code or marking meant, no one was going to inform me of how far spent my battery was. They could have explained that it be a good idea to replace it soon. Also a little blonde cashier handed me my paperwork without informing me of where I could pick up my keys. And when I asked her, she gave me the wrong name of the person I needed to see in the driveway. Not a big deal, but these little details take away from top notch professionalism.
Everyone was nice but I waited for my car for about 20 minutes extra it was done and I saw it sitting outside no one came to tell me until I said something. I am very Big on customer service.
