Was asked to have electrical issue looked at and problem with 12 volt outlet still doesn't work nor any feedback on it or notes on discharge paperwork???? Also asked for a ride to work place and waited by the shuttle 30mins then called co-worker to get a ride to work. The shuttle was parked and department was empty (no customers) Very poor service!
I haven’t had the Pleasure of meeting him but this man is a great guy really helpful really understood what I needed as far My loaner been ready when I got there.. I was really surprised what good communication You guys have among your staff.. I’m mean I got there and the other coworkers knew everything they need to know.. they were expecting me even though he didn’t work that day You staff made everything really easy for me I would highly recommend kia of hi desert thank you Mr. William and Kia staff For making my bad situation into a great experience 10 10 10 All across the board

Stacy is one of the best service techs. we have had. She is very knowledgeable about our cars and is also very friendly. The most important thing is that she shows that she really wants to help. She makes us feel that we are wanted there and not just interfering with her day.
