I got there a bit before 10 am which was my appointment time. Stacey wasn't there yet. There were so many people there doing menial tasks and just kind of being in the way. Then I had Tina there to take a photo and soak to me AGAIN about trading my car in. I get calls and fliers weekly and am not interested. The thing that bothers me the most is the inconsistent information I am given. Last time I was there I had a whole slew of issues that were not issues this time, same with the time before that. I feel like I'm trying to be sold things I may not need because the next visit may be a whole different set of issues that need to be addressed immediately. I'm having a lot if issues with this and quite frankly I may take my business elsewhere
William is always very helpful and so was everyone in the service department! I love it! I will always come here to get my car serviced because you guys are totally awesome !

This was my first time receiving service on my Kia that I purchased in September. From start to finish it all went surprisingly well. Stacey Keen was professional from the beginning. If this visit was any indication of what I can expect in the future I am VERY pleased.
I was very upset with the fact that my brand new car broke down on me. I purchased a new car after 10 years to feel safe on the road with my kids. When I arrived to have my care dealt with Katie jumped right on it and assured me everything would be taken care of. She got all forms taken care of and me in a rental in under 30 minutes. Very appreciative of all of her help but still rather frustrated over the situation.
Wished all people that worked with the publisher were so nice
William worked hard to satisfy me . There were some drawbacks ( not getting the rental car to drive for the week but appreciated it for one day at least. William kept a good attitude and and kept patient to help me best he could . The shuttle service drivers did good job to
