David checked me in quickly and kept me apprised with updates. The vehicle repairs were all completed and it was ready when promised. David was friendly, yet professional.

Stacy Keen provided me with excellent customer service. Made me feel very welcomed. She also updated me of my vehicle's status. I would definitely return to Valley Hi Kia.
Stacey handled all of my recall and warranty service perfectly. She also made a suggestion for service that I did not know of. I will be bringing my 2014 Optima SXL back in January for that suggested service.
William made our first experience very memorable. We will definately continue getting our kia serviced there.
They said one battery terminal needed cleaned, but this cheap service center doidnt clean because might have to spend couple dollars. A extremely poor way to have customers return.
