David did an excellent job. He surpassed everything that I expected from my experience at Kia. I have done plenty of work in the past with Honda and Kia has done a really good job of getting its clients in and out of the service area. I appreciated the pricing and he did not try to sell me anything extra. That is exactly what I was hoping for. I appreciate the good work the David Galvez did today.

Every time we have to deal with valley hi Kia for ANY type of service it’s a bad experience. This last one the worst of all. Due to your staffs neglegence there’s been a lot of out of pocket expenses on our part. To top it off the manager Jason is one of the most rude disrespectful condescending managers I’ve ever encountered. Your facility was very UNaccomodating and continued to give excuses for everything they did wrong. Extremely dissatisfied with the service and will NOT purchase another vehicle from your facility. A complaint has been filed with BBB and contact has been made with corporate.

I’m happy to be dealing with David!! He is on top of things and keeps me informed thru out the time that I’m there. He gets me in and out of there in a timely manner. Very good service rep!!! You need more like him. Keep up the good work!!

It was a great job with the service.
It's a warranty issue we have been dealing with for almost a year. We have been inconvenienced over and over to keep bringing it back. Yet again we have to pick up the car, put miles on it and come back for testing. It's getting very annoying to go back and forth.
STacy was very nice and showed concerned when I asked questions and was able to provide an answer. Staff was very polite.
