I brought my vehicle in for an oil change I checked my car before I left my house and they inspected it when I brought it in before they took it back. When my vehicle was done I was told I was missing a lug nut on the front tire and it would be $6 to replace. I said ok because I didn't want to drive away with a missing lug nut but I let her know they were all there when I brought my car in. In the end they didn't charge me as I was waiting for my car I saw one of the mechanics drop what looked like a nut or bot and it rolled under a car. Your service role need to be more careful not lose track of nuts and bolts band don't try to get away with telling the customer it was missing when I brought it in.

I'm from the East Coast. A lot if businesses in California lack good customer service. Stacey was a reminder that excellent customer still does exist. I come from a government agency and she would received a bonus for her knowledge and service she provided me. Thank you Kia for having an employee named Stacey Keen.

Car runs great. I left my sunglasses in my car when i picked up my car they were gone. I told Andy and he was going to tell his boss to call me never happened. I had Oakley. 170.00

Bringing van back brakes don't feel right. When trying to stop at a red light wound up in middle of the intersection good thing I didn't get hit or crash into someone. I have to pump them in order to stop
