Appreciated David’s efforts. Although it took a long time for service to complete it was within reason thus my satisfaction. David’s awareness of the client’s needs are supreme and commendable as I witnessed that days with other clients. I was extremely impressed with him. Also very impressed with the new site (my first visit to new place) . Was easily assessable and service area flowed smoothly (in and out traffic).

Having issues with my climate control that still need to be addressed. Car was not washed as I expected because it had started to rain. Was not told when I should return for my next service. It's a Niro hybrid so not sure what the frequency is.

This was my first time going to the victorville location. I have always went to the fontana lovation and I think Im going to keep going to the fontana location. I wanted to use a coupon for the first time and I didnt jnow I was suppose to show that first because they barely talk and if they do talk to you its in a way that they are telling you what to do in a demanding way not asking the customer what they want done. Also when I picked up my car they told me to go to the cashier and one of the ladys was so rude she has the worse customer service and then she started saying how customers are so rude to her but she was the one who has attitude. Then she answers her cell phone and has a full on conversation with someone and doesnt even care that theirs a line of people waiting. Then the manager and employees were yelling at each other in a office about a mistake they all made and I just think thats unprofessional. Overall it wasnt the greatest experience and I rather go to the fontana location where they are friendlier and have great customer service.
She was very professional and informative. Was very pleased with her knowledge of the products. And was just overall a good representation of customer service. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!!!!
